Special Workshop with Rabbi Sigal – Preparing for a New Year
It’s a new year. It’s time to awaken! Time to turn and return to the home of our soul.
What would you like to let go of and release?
What would you like to grow and welcome in the new year?
Join Rabbi Sigal as she leads us in gentle movement, contemplative learning, chanting and meditation to feel, explore, discern and open to a new year more fully.
Note: the gentle movements and yoga is a small part of the workshop and can be done in a chair, standing or on the floor.
Space is limited. PLEASE RSVP via the form below (press “more information” if you don’t see the form.). Contributions are welcome.
No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, and a journal.
We gather for a musical celebration to welcome Shabbat. Join our community to sing, dance, pray, contemplate, meet friends and to be inspired. We look forward to seeing you.
An evening of contemplation and spiritual preparation for the High Holy Days. We sing the High Holy Days melodies and liturgy to pave the path into a new year as we sit in the circle of forgiveness together. Includes a dessert reception. All are welcome.
At KH the Second Day of Rosh Hashanah is a unique contemplative, joyful and friendly gathering to begin the Jewish Year. Rabbi Sigal will lead a series of short gentle yoga movements, continue with meditative songs and prayers, and concludes with a contemplative learning conversation. All are welcome to my✡︎TRIBE.
