2025 New Year’s Day Meditation and Intention Event

Embody Your Vision for 2025

We gather on New Year’s Day to bring in 2025 with meditation, intention setting, and movement.

This is an inclusive, spiritual Jewish celebration to share a communal experience on the first day of 2025.

• Release the Past and Move into 2025
• Express Your Personal Intentions and Communal Prayers Creatively
• Set Your New Year’s Intention to live with more clarity, peace, connections, friends and joy
• Illuminate Your Inner Menorah
• Light Chanukkah candles with us at the end of the event!

Rabbi Sigal will lead this free innovative offering using spiritual Jewish wisdom, movement, music and meditation.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

Location: The Ora, Jewish Federation Campus, 578 McIntosh Road, Sarasota, FL

Please arrive around 1:00 PM.

We will start promptly at 1:30 PM and end at 4 pm.

We will be in the beautiful new and carpeted ballroom.

We will provide chairs.

If you would like to sit on the carpeted floor you may choose to bring a meditation cushion, or not.

No yoga mats are needed.

Please No perfumes or strong scents.

Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.

Participation in a movement is optional and can be done as easy or vigorous as you wish, or not at all. Movement is a small portion of the program.

Turn phones off when you arrive at the building.
