It’s time to awaken! Time to turn and return to the home of our soul.
What would you like to let go of and release? What would you like to grow and welcome in the new year? Join Rabbi Sigal as she leads us in gentle movement, contemplative learning, chanting and meditation to feel, explore, discern and open to a new year more fully.
No experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat, towel, blanket, and a journal.
An evening of contemplation and spiritual preparation for the High Holy Days. We sing the High Holy Days melodies and liturgy to pave the path into a new year as we sit in the circle of forgiveness together. Includes a dessert reception. All are welcome.

Contemplative Morning Services
At KH the Second Day of Rosh Hashanah is a unique contemplative, Joyful and friendly gathering to begin the Jewish Year. Rabbi Sigal will lead a series of short gentle yoga movements, continue with meditative songs and prayers, and concludes with a contemplative learning conversation.
