 . Rabbi Sigal will teach about Jewish mystical traditions and guide a medi
 tative experience to invite reflection\, renewal\, connection\, and feel t
 he quiet miracle of light in winter darkness.\n\nNo meditation experience 
 is necessary. Dress comfortably and bring a chair.  We will be at a cover
 ed gazebo. Stay to socialize and relax after the session over lunch with f
