 ead Hebrew Prayerbook by Noah Golinkin\, about $15 on Amazon.\n\nHebrew is
  the bedrock of Jewish culture. It’s the language of the bible\, the lan
 guage of the siddur\, and the language of Israel. In this class\, you will
  learn how to read Hebrew\, beginning with the aleph-bet. You will also le
 arn the meaning of 100 to 200 words\, putting you on the road to understan
 ding the prayers you recite.\n\nThe class is designed for both beginners\,
  and for folks who wish to improve their reading skills. Marcel guarantees
  that at the end of the 12-session course you will be a fluent Hebrew read
 er - if you do your part\, read from the textbook 15 to 30 minutes a day.\
 n\nYour family will shep naches (derive pleasure)\, and kvell (beam with d
 elight) when they realize how well you read Hebrew. And you will be a prou
 d role model for your children and grandchildren.\n\nMarcel speaks Hebrew\
